THE DUNE DU PYLA ROOM
With its 35 m2 capacity, the Dune du Pyla room is ideal for seminars, meetings and other professional events of up to 38 people. To meet all your needs, it is perfectly equipped and can be adapted to different configurations: U-shaped, theatre, hollow square, banquet style or even a sleek space for your cocktail parties.
This venue’s simple and elegant surroundings and beautiful light will delight you and your colleagues.
ILE AUX OISEAUX ROOM
With its natural light and refined decor, the Ile aux Oiseaux (Isle of Birds) room is perfect for hosting your events in the heart of Arcachon.
With an area of 85 m2, it can accommodate up to 80 participants and is suitable for all types of events. A range of equipment and various furniture configurations are available to meet all your expectations. This room is fully adaptable to your needs and requirements, guaranteeing you a successful seminar or other professional event.
EQUIPMENT
The two seminar rooms of the Hôtel de la Plage are perfectly equipped to suit all types of events, whether it’s a formal conference, a team presentation, a meeting, a round table discussion or an end-of-year cocktail party...
Both rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, sound and video projection systems, large screens, microphones, televisions, DVD players, etc. You will find all the necessary equipment and facilities you need to make your event go as smoothly and as easily as possible.
CATERING
The Hotel de la Plage team is happy to assist you in organising your catering requirements throughout your event. This can be for breaks in your seminars for hot drinks, seafood or charcuterie platters, or even full meals (aperitif, cocktail, buffet or seated) if something a little more substantial is needed.
Partnerships with restaurants near the hotel are available for your catering requirements, whether for lunches or dinners outside or for special catering during your events.
